Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland.

A five minutes drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful, historic Old town of Pollensa.

Pinos altos is set in a particularly quiet and pretty position towards to the rear of the resort and surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name. Just a short walk from the beach and resort centre and with a bus stop along the road, it is an excellent choice for families with young children or for couples that want to relax.

There is a reception lounge area which gives access to the type 1 and 2 apartments, and to the sunbathing area plus the annex where we find the type 3 apartments. The main features of each type of apartment are as follows:

Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

These semi-detached villas are reached via a track and are built on a hillside around a large swimming pool. The villas are all two storey and vary in sizes, however spacious, and simply furnished.

The Villa Na Penyal is localizated in the foot of a mountain with maravellous sea views, very near of Cala Millor in the northeast of the island. It´s ideal starting point to go hiking. You can reach Son Servera within 2km and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. Take a walk on the tipical market on Friday morning. At 500m you reach the beach of Cala Millor and at 2 km the beach of Costa de los Pinos all of them sandy beaches.
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Sa Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. You can find sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the "Caves of Canyamel" where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and “Caves of Drach”.

Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Can Taulada is the name of this charming rural house, situated between Pollença Village and Port de Pollença, in a quiet area with easy access, surrounded by the beautiful landscape that this part of the island offers. Villa Niu is located on the old road between Pollensa and Cala St Vicente and is on walking distance to Pollensa. It has pretty private gardens and superb mountain views.

Two comfy sofas are grouped around the fireplace at the mid point of the room which has a raised hearth and large chimney breast. Villa Soleada is a high quality countryside villa situated just off the road from Sa Pobla to Pollensa and just a few minutes drive to the Pollensa golf club. Beautiful reformed house in Pollença on two levels. At first floor there are one bedroom, the kitchen and the living-room.The kitchen is full equiped with dishwaher, own, microoven, washinemachine,...and all you need for cooking. It has about 15000 peope and it is one of the most important destinations of the island. It is fantastic for hiking , holidays or for beach holidays, because of the nearness of the mountanins and the sea. Villa Ca´n Costa is located in an area near the beautiful and ancient town of Alcudia, which is characterized by maintaining the old and imposing walls that surrounded it (in front). The villa is a few minutes walk from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia. It should be noted that the house is also located just minutes from the Golf Course and Aucanada Albufera Natural Park, ideal for those enthusiasts outdoors in nature. The Crespi building is a block of 8 apartments situated very few metres from the beach in Port de Pollença and with a common swimming-pool.

Apartments nr 1 and 2 are ground floor apts with 125 sqm living area with a terrace (20 sqm) and private garden (50sqm) facing the avenue.

Apartments nr 7 and 8 are triplex apts with a roof terrace (35 sqm) with stunning views over the mountains and the port, and also a terrace (25 sqm) outside the lounge-diner, plus a private garden (60sqm) overlooking the swimming-pool.

The emerald crystal clear water is a bonus for those who love snorkelling in the beautiful cove of Cala Barques.

Both cottages are traditionally furnished with beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls and terracotta tiles.

The cottage A comprises of a lounge dining with satellite TV and air conditioning, one twin bedroom with share a full bathroom and a small kitchenette that includes the basics in a self catering property such as a gas oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and a fridge freezer. The twin bedroom is also air conditioned.

The cottage B comprises of a lounge dining with satellite TV and air conditioning, two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom that has a three quarter bath and over head shower, and a kitchenette with gas oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and a fridge freezer. The twin bedrooms are both air conditioned.

Outside, both cottages have small furnished patios from which you can enjoy the lovely views across the sandy cove and the fantastic sea whilst having a long drink during the warm evenings of the summer.
