At 500m you reach the beach of Cala Millor and at 2 km the beach of Costa de los Pinos all of them sandy beaches.
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Sa Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. You can find sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. The lounge dining and open kitchen are in the same room. A simple and comfortable holiday cottage outside Puerto Pollensa. Can Oliver is a good base for a holiday, it is just located at the back of the main rood between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The villa is on one level and it has a lovely pool and views across the mountains. Inside, the villa is simply designed and decorated with classic furniture, white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furniture.
The lounge has an open fire place, satellite TV, a sofa and easy chairs. There is a new fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. The villa has an extra facility such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge dinning room.
At the back of the house there is a great swimming pool surrounded by hedges and views across mountains. There is a lovely place to cook and eat outside, under the built in barbecue. The front of the house is planted with a few palm trees and oleanders. Can Oliver is a great holiday home for a small family or couples, it is close to the Puerto Pollensa beach and resort.

Villa Niu is located on the old road between Pollensa and Cala St Vicente and is on walking distance to Pollensa. It has pretty private gardens and superb mountain views.

The villas open plan living/dining area is a delightful and welcoming room with terracotta tiles underfoot, exposed ceiling beams and walls painted in traditional white. Two comfy sofas are grouped around the fireplace at the mid point of the room which has a raised hearth and large chimney breast. The television with some satellite channels and a DVD player is nestled in an alcove under the stairs. There is an oval pine dining table with seating for six and a traditional wooden sideboard and corner dresser. At the far end of the room, an arched doorway leads into a small corridor with a door to the covered terrace and pool garden.

The kitchen has latticed wooden units, an eye level microwave, an oven and gas hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are smart granite worktops and the room is attractively decorated in white and blue with gingham curtains at the window, above a small breakfast table.

Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms are decorated in a simple Mallorcan style with tiled floors, white walls and traditional wooden furniture. The rooms also have beamed ceilings and shutters at the windows. They share the use of a separate family bathroom with a bath and overbath shower, WC and twin washbasins.

A wooden staircase leads from the living room to a galleried upstairs sitting room which is a great place to curl up with a good book or enjoy a few quiet moments over a cup of coffee. Leading off this area is another full bathroom and a spacious twin bedroom with lovely views across the surrounding area.

In the outside area, the swimming pool is situated to the side of the house and has a slightly raised paved surround and a sunbathing area set with sun-loungers for your party. Beside the pool is a covered dining terrace, ideal for al fresco meals cooked on the barbecue. Parts of the garden are laid to lawn with plenty of space for children to play and there are neat hedge borders giving privacy and some natural shade. The lawn is dotted with small trees and palms and has superb views of the surrounding mountains.

Overlooking the orchard on the approach to the villa is a further covered terrace with patio furniture and Mediterranean greenery in stone pots - a nice spot to enjoy an after-dinner drink as the sun goes down.

This cozy semi-detached villa offers lots of character in a country environment. It has lovely mature gardens with lots of plants, trees and shrubs. The accommodation is on two levels.

The main entrance is located under the shaded front terrace and leads straight onto the small lounge dining area with an open plan kitchenette totally equipped with all the basics. A small corridor to the right of the lounge area gives access to the twin bedroom and the full bathroom. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with another full bathroom. Villa Negri I a offers a comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level.

In the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the roomÂ’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. Here you will find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table and chairs – useful for feeding children those early morning meals. There is also a shower room in the ground level.

The first floor is where you will find the villas three bedrooms. The master room has a double bed, and there is a further double room, which has twin beds placed together, and the final room is a twin. There is air conditioning in the double/twin bedroom. In this level there is a second bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, wc and wash basin.

The exterior of villa Negri I is a good place to spend time under the sun. There is a private pool with integral steps which is set into paved terracing and there are sun loungers and parasols for your sunbathing pleasure. There is a built-in barbecue where you can grill dinner before settling into the outdoor dining furniture and enjoying a meal outside with views of the surrounding area.

Finally, we have to point out that villa Negri I is close to another villa called Negri II. These are two different, independent properties, that have their own privacy, but they are a good choice for large groups of people.
