This is a great villa in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of Pollensa, with the old town just a few minutes walk. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Mallorcan style with plenty of space around the terraces and pool area.

The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.

Villa Niu is located on the old road between Pollensa and Cala St Vicente and is on walking distance to Pollensa. It has pretty private gardens and superb mountain views.

The villas open plan living/dining area is a delightful and welcoming room with terracotta tiles underfoot, exposed ceiling beams and walls painted in traditional white. Two comfy sofas are grouped around the fireplace at the mid point of the room which has a raised hearth and large chimney breast. The television with some satellite channels and a DVD player is nestled in an alcove under the stairs. There is an oval pine dining table with seating for six and a traditional wooden sideboard and corner dresser. At the far end of the room, an arched doorway leads into a small corridor with a door to the covered terrace and pool garden.

The kitchen has latticed wooden units, an eye level microwave, an oven and gas hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are smart granite worktops and the room is attractively decorated in white and blue with gingham curtains at the window, above a small breakfast table.

Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms are decorated in a simple Mallorcan style with tiled floors, white walls and traditional wooden furniture. The rooms also have beamed ceilings and shutters at the windows. They share the use of a separate family bathroom with a bath and overbath shower, WC and twin washbasins.

A wooden staircase leads from the living room to a galleried upstairs sitting room which is a great place to curl up with a good book or enjoy a few quiet moments over a cup of coffee. Leading off this area is another full bathroom and a spacious twin bedroom with lovely views across the surrounding area.

In the outside area, the swimming pool is situated to the side of the house and has a slightly raised paved surround and a sunbathing area set with sun-loungers for your party. Almadrava Ca’n Marquet, is a very pleasant and functional house locales in the country side of Pollença, it has a strategic location three kilometres from Pollença town and three kilometres from the beach, perfectly connected by an easy road to the nearby Puerto Pollença, Alcudia, Formentor and all the northern coast, (as can be seen in the map attach, photo nº 4)

Villa Can Pascol is a 250 years old countryside house, this villa has been recently refurbished by the owners who have retained so many original features, artefacts and stone walls which gives a lot of character and charm. Villa Soleada is a high quality countryside villa situated just off the road from Sa Pobla to Pollensa and just a few minutes drive to the Pollensa golf club. Villa Font March is set amongst a natural small wood with fragrant pines trees and oaks. It is situated in the edge of La Font area very close to the town of Pollensa and just a few minutes drive to the beach resort of Port Pollensa.

This simple and comfortable cottage is a great holiday base, is all in one level and has a lovely mosaic kidney shape swimming pool which is surrounded by bushes, young oak trees and pine trees. The lateral terrace has a pergola which in the summer is totally covered with plants making ideal to cool down during the hot evenings of the summer.

This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has two sofas and satellite TV with a DVD player too, whilst the dinning area has antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner.

A small corridor gives us access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of two twin and two bathrooms (one of them is en suite). One of the bedrooms have a mezzanine area with a single bed.

Outside, the villa is equally beautifully designed and furnished.
